On behalf of the Čivava online shop, we undertake to protect the privacy of all our customers. We collect only the necessary basic information about customers and users, and the information required to conduct business and inform users, in accordance with good business practice and in order to provide a quality service. Your account
If you use the Čivava shop, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and the passwords you received when registering on the site. By using the Čivava site you are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account and with your password. Minors may use the Čivava shop under the supervision of a parent or guardian. Čivava reserves the right to refuse service, close an account or cancel an order if it establishes that the Terms of Use have been breached. Comments, communication and other content left by visitors
Visitors may comment on products and send e-mails through the Čivava shop. Čivava has the right not to publish comments that are malicious, contain indecent statements, spread hatred or in any way infringe the rights of others. Such comments will be removed without prior notice. Impersonation and registration with someone else's e-mail address are not permitted in the Čivava shop. Čivava may initiate appropriate legal proceedings against such activity.
Product descriptions
Čivava strives to describe every product as accurately as possible. However, Čivava does not guarantee that all product information is 100% accurate, complete, reliable and free of errors. If the product you purchased differs from the information stated on the site, you may return it unused together with all the documentation you received with it, and we will refund your money.
Product prices
All product prices stated on the site include VAT. Čivava undertakes to honour the price at which you placed your order, regardless of whether the product price changed after the order was created. Čivava has the right to cancel an order, with e-mail notification to the customer, if a gross error was made when setting the price on the site — for example, a price of 100 dinars shown instead of 10,000.
Radno vreme
The Čivava online shop operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In the event of technical problems or during routine maintenance, the site may be unavailable for a short period, and you will be notified of this.
Changes (updates) to information on the site
Čivava reserves the right to change the information shown on any page of the site at any time, without prior notice. Visitors to Čivava have no right to unilaterally change the terms of use, and any such change is invalid unless both parties agree to it in writing.
Ostalo
The partial or complete unenforceability or illegality of any provision of these Terms of Use shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which remain in force in full. An unenforceable or unlawful provision shall be replaced by another appropriate provision. You agree that you may not transfer your rights and obligations arising from these Terms of Use to third parties without the express written consent of Čivava.
